Job summary

A leading property management firm in Cardiff is seeking a proactive Customer Services Associate to join their front‑of‑house team. This role focuses on providing residents with exceptional service, handling inquiries, and supporting day-to-day site management. Ideal candidates should have prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and preferably knowledge of Build-to-Rent or Purpose-Built Student Accommodation. The position offers a salary of £27,000 per annum and standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with one Saturday every three weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel & tourism, or residential property environments.
• Experience in Build-to-Rent (BTR) or Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Provide excellent front-line service including meet & greet and reception duties.
• Ensure seamless move-in and move-out experiences including property checks.
• Handle resident enquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Support the delivery of high-quality services across operations.
• Assist in organizing and hosting resident events.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Associate to join our front‑of‑house team. This is a pivotal role within the building, ensuring residents receive an exceptional level of service while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day management of the site.

• Salary: £27,000 per annum
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, plus 1 Saturday in every 3

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent front‑line service including meet & greet, reception duties, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings and general resident support.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in and move‑out experience including property checks.
• Handle resident enquiries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
• Support the delivery of high‑quality services across both front and back of house operations, including amenity space management, tenancy administration and unit management.
• Assist in organising and hosting resident events, ensuring they are promoted effectively via social media and other channels.

About You

• Previous experience within customer service, hospitality, travel & tourism or residential property environments is essential.
• Experience within Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) or Purpose‑Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrable ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
