Working Hours

Shift times may vary depending on client requirements, generally including:

• 07:30am - 20:00pm (with 1-hour lunch break and a 2-hour break between 15:00pm - 17:00pm)
• 16:00pm - 20:00pm

Main Responsibilities

As a Ward Hostess, you will work individually on patient wards, serving meals and snacks in a busy environment. Responsibilities include checking food and fridge temperatures, maintaining kitchen areas, and ensuring hygiene standards.

Requirements

Additional Duties

• Replenishing patients' water jugs three times daily
• Providing hot and cold beverages to patients

Skills / Qualifications

Previous catering experience and strong customer-facing skills are preferred. Ward host experience is desirable but not essential. DBS clearance is required prior to starting; assistance can be provided to obtain this.
