Job summary

Tenpin in Manchester is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will manage reception bookings, answer queries, identify sales opportunities, host events, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean, welcoming centre.

The role spans across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties. You should be energetic, proactive and confident in customer interactions, with a strong focus on service.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You'll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children's parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

Skills You Need

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail
