Job summary

Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to ensure a fantastic guest experience at our leisure centre in the United Kingdom. You will handle reception bookings, answer enquiries, and spot sales opportunities while hosting events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke and children’s parties.

You should be efficient, proactive and friendly, with a confident approach to customer interactions and a commitment to first-class service.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You'll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children's parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends
