Job summary

Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our vibrant team. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, serve food and drinks, and keep the centre welcoming and running smoothly. The role spans multiple departments including Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, and party hosting.

We value confidence, energy and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn. Applications from 16+ are welcome, with some duties age-restricted where required.

As we're a licensed premises, colleagues under 18 will work within the duties and hours permitted for their age, with some duties, such as serving alcohol, reserved for colleagues aged 18 and over.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You'll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children's parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
