Job summary

One Stop is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Wakefield. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You’ll engage with customers to improve service, clock in/out accurately, and follow safety procedures while supporting a range of store activities and potential post office duties where applicable.
