Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help customers at the point of sale and keep the store welcoming. The role may involve evenings and weekends as part of the shift pattern to support the team during busy periods.

Key duties include delivering a great store experience, providing a quick checkout, replenishing stock, and keeping the store tidy and merchandised. No prior experience required; transferable skills welcomed.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
