OurCoop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant who will help ensure a fantastic store experience, manage checkout efficiently, replenish stock, and keep the shop welcoming and well-presented.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong listening and communication skills, enthusiasm, resilience, and a friendly, approachable manner. You may work evenings and weekends as part of the shift pattern.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
