Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help ensure a positive store experience for every customer. The role involves friendly interactions, efficient checkout, and keeping shelves stocked and the store inviting.

You will work with a team to provide excellent service, adapt to busy periods, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shop environment where customers feel valued every day.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:

• Replenishing stock to ensure customers can purchase our wide variety of products
