Job summary

OurCoop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our retail team. You’ll handle checkout duties, assist customers, and ensure the store is welcoming, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

You’ll be friendly, resilient, and comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues. You’ll contribute to stock replenishment, maintain high standards of presentation, and participate in a supportive, inclusive workplace with ongoing training and development
