OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant who helps customers at the till, stocks shelves, and contributes to a welcoming store experience. Your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends to support busy periods.

You will go the extra mile to ensure fast checkout, replenish stock, and keep the store inviting. We value friendly, talkative team players who listen, communicate well, and stay resilient during demanding times.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
