Job summary

Wickes in Stirling is hiring for a part-time Sales Assistant on a 16-hour contract. You’ll help customers, keep the store tidy, check stock and assist with checkout, while enjoying a friendly, customer-focused environment.

We offer extensive training, a comprehensive benefits package including a gain share bonus, pension contributions, generous annual leave and staff discounts. Experience in retail is welcome, but attitude and service matter most.

Qualifications

Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile.Of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

On offer we have a part-time 16 hour contract, which requires you to work at least 1 day at the weekend.

About you...

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
