Job summary

Tenpin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an exceptional guest experience by handling reception bookings, answering enquiries, and promoting events and sales opportunities. You will be involved in hosting activities across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and parties, while ensuring the centre remains clean, welcoming and smoothly run.

The role requires a proactive, friendly, and confident approach to customer interactions, with a flexible schedule

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant,
you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings,
answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving
food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various
departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences
to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring
something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient,
proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional
service as your priority.
