STEF Langdons Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Liverpool team, handling enquiries and supporting on-time deliveries across the UK.

You will coordinate bookings, liaise with depots and warehouses, and provide outstanding service while working Monday to Friday in a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on deliveries and collections.
• Book customer jobs onto company systems and allocate them to the relevant depots.
• Work closely with warehouse teams and customers to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Raise and follow up on any delivery or booking disputes.
• Assist with customer quotations when required.
• Provide support and cover for the Transport Team when needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver a consistently high standard of service.

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our busy team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, supporting the smooth movement of goods while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer enquiries and providing updates on deliveries and collections
• Booking customer jobs onto company systems and allocating them to the relevant depots
• Working closely with warehouse teams and customers to resolve stock discrepancies
• Raising and following up on any delivery or booking disputes
• Assisting with customer quotations when required
