Job summary

Aramark UK at Fort George is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help serve food and beverages, keep dining areas clean, and support kitchen teams in delivering a high-quality experience for service members.

This permanent, full-time role offers 35 hours per week with shifts over five days in seven, including some weekends. Training is provided for those without prior experience, and a welcoming, inclusive workplace is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing or food service experience is desirable (training provided).
• Customer-focused and a strong communicator.
• Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required).

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Support stock rotation and replenishment.
• Always uphold health and safety standards.
• Keep the kitchen and back-of-house spotless.
• Washing up and supporting the kitchen team.
• Helping with deliveries and storage.
• Managing waste disposal correctly.
