The University of Manchester is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant to join the Accommodation team. You will be the first point of contact for students, guests, visitors and colleagues, helping to run busy residential receptions smoothly and professionally.
In this role you will respond to enquiries, support day-to-day reception duties, handle access, mail, payments and admin tasks, and maintain accurate records.

We are looking for someone with experience in a reception, clerical or customer service setting, strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment. A commitment to excellent service and enhancing the student experience is essential.
