Customer Service Assistant

Join our client’s luxury student accommodation site in Leicester. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will promote the property and network with local students to achieve full occupancy. The site features modern facilities and a vibrant atmosphere, with you being the key representative of the brand.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:30.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and viewings
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Build relationships with local universities and send marketing updates
• Distribute leaflets and encourage visits
• Follow up on interest and explore sales opportunities
• Process applications efficiently
• Stay updated on room prices and offers
• Monitor competitor activities
