Job summary

Wickes in the United Kingdom is looking for a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our Carlisle store team. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

You’ll work 12 hours a week with flexible days and potential overtime. Wickes offers a comprehensive benefits package including a monthly gain share bonus, generous pension contributions, up to 35 days annual leave, and staff discounts. Training provided.

About you...

Every day you’ll dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
