Job summary

Wickes is seeking a customer-focused team member for a permanent full-time role at our store. You will engage customers, ensure a welcoming shopping environment, manage stock, and support daily store operations to deliver a positive experience.

Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile.Of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. About you...

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.

• 30 hours per week
• Every Sunday, days will vary during weekdays
• Shift patterns are either 8:00 am - 17:00 or 11:00 am to 20:00
• Flexibility needed
