IKEA Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support our customers with returns, exchanges, and inquiries, ensuring a friendly and smooth shopping experience.
What We Offer
- Start Date: 21st June
- Hourly rate: £12.60
- Part-time hours: 12 or 16 hours per week, 3-4 days, with every 4th weekend off; availability for Monday and Friday afternoons (2pm - 6pm) required

- Computer literate
- Calm and patient when handling diverse customer issues
Daily Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently using problem-solving skills
- Handle product returns and escalate issues promptly
- Assist with product assembly and spare parts ordering/exchanges
- Process transactions accurately using the till
- Maintain a safe environment and follow cash handling procedures
- Ensure all products are scanned correctly for availability
