Job summary

Keyline Civils Specialists, part of the Travis Perkins Group, invites you to start a 12-month Apprenticeship designed to build a lasting career in customer service and sales across our branch network.

You’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification while being supported by 1:1 coaching, mentoring and practical training. Join us to develop across product knowledge, safety culture and customer relationships, with clear progression to leadership.

• You will join the Keyline Civils Specialist Certificate, a 12 month Apprenticeship.
• Training includes safety culture, product knowledge and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering possible solutions and relatable products
• Be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first-name basis
• Use your learnt knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase
