About The Role

We seek a knowledgeable and empathetic Family Law Paralegal to support our customers as a Customer Service and Administration Assistant. You will facilitate the progress of their separation process, providing guidance, clarity, support, and efficiency throughout.

This role requires working from our East Sheen office (SW14 8AE) Monday to Friday. After three months, a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days remote) will be available on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically via phone, email, and chat to address customer questions and concerns, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Answer general customer queries related to the legal divorce process and financial remedy orders by consent.
  • Process correspondence from HMCTS and liaise with Courts and Tribunals Service Centre for case updates.
  • Accurately input customer data into our platforms.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing post and perform other administrative duties as required.
About You
  • Experience as a family law paralegal, especially in divorce and financial remedy proceedings in England and Wales.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to support clients in stressful situations.
  • Comfortable working in a tech-driven, customer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, confident in engaging with customers and adapting to their communication styles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your workload.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
  • Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
