JOB TITLE: Paralegal Coordinator - Remote
LOCATION: Remote / WFH
HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
DURATION: until August Initially
Duties to include:
- Working with contracts and documents, processing them and uploading into internal databases.
- Preparing formal documents and maintaining contracts.
- Setting up records manually and within the internal database.
- Providing information to other departments and partner organizations.
- Issuing reminders and reviews to ensure timely decision-making in compliance with legal obligations.
- Noting action dates from incoming communications and following departmental procedures for case file distribution and reminders.
- Reviewing and negotiating NDAs.
Experience required:
- Ability to respond promptly to short-notice requests.
- Legal work experience.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Office systems, MS Teams, and ideally Ironclad (not essential).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Teamwork confidence.
- Proactive attitude, prioritization skills, and initiative-taking.
