Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking a Junior Customer Service Analyst to join a dedicated team. This role focuses on providing proactive, customer-oriented, face-to-face onsite support to end users. The successful candidate will be involved in imaging and configuring a large number of computers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop IT problem-solving and people skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive, customer-focused support to over 2,000 end users.
• Support imaging and configuration of computers.
• Use ITSM systems to log and track incidents, working within SLAs.
• Build strong relationships within the team and with end users.
• Learn and adapt to enterprise solutions such as Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, ServiceNow, MobileIron, and Nexthink.
• Assist in building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing users' laptops.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Previous exposure to platforms like Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, ServiceNow, MobileIron, and Nexthink is advantageous.
• Experience with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac), Windows hardware, and meeting room technology is beneficial.
• Experience in face-to-face customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and acquire new technical skills.
• Curious mindset with a passion for IT.
