Job summary

SIXT in London is looking for a customer-focused role combining service and sales excellence. You will be the first point of contact, present tailored offers, handle rental agreements, and manage vehicle prep to keep our premium fleet ready for customers.

We offer a basic salary of £30,784 per year plus a competitive bonus, with development opportunities and benefits including pension enrolment and paid time off. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset and ability to upsell and provide service excellence.
• Direct customer contact experience in service, tourism, or sales.
• Clear and effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible, team-oriented, able to work shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s licence with at least 12 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the branch.
• Present tailored offers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle rental agreements, inquiries, and ensure proper documentation.
• Confirm damages with customers and notify Branch Manager as needed.
• Support branch operations including vehicle management, refuelling, deliveries, clean/valet prep.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience
• You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You support branch operations through various vehicle management tasks, including refuelling, deliveries and collections between branches, and preparing, cleaning and valeting vehicles to maintain our premium standards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Sales Mindset You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support
