SIXT invites you to join our Fleet Service team in London, where you’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers arriving at our car parks, returning vehicles and delivering first-class service. The role is outdoors and involves hands-on vehicle prep, paperwork, and ensuring smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong eye for detail to ensure accurate handover paperwork and inspections.
• Excellent communication for customer interactions in busy settings.
• Willingness to work a shift rotation to cover branch hours.
• Valid driving license with at least 12 months driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain high customer standards.
• Complete all handover paperwork with customers for smooth transitions.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches for timely service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection/return; report issues and document.
• Confirm damage with customers and obtain signatures; notify Branch Manager.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for our customers
• You will complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer to ensure a smooth transition
• You will manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
• You will inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report any issues, and complete the required documentation
• You will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You will assist in refueling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations at all times while representing the premium SIXT brand with outstanding customer service
