SIXT UK is seeking a hands-on Fleet Service Assistant to welcome customers in outdoor car parks and manage vehicle handovers with care. You’ll prepare, clean, and valet vehicles, handle paperwork, and support deliveries and collections between branches while delivering premium SIXT service.

The role suits a customer-focused team player with a full driving licence and at least 12 months of driving experience.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for our customers
• You will complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer to ensure a smooth transition
• You will manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
• You will inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report any issues, and complete the required documentation
• You will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You will assist in refueling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations at all times while representing the premium SIXT brand with outstanding customer service
