Job summary

SIXT in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fleet Service team member who will be the first and last point of contact for customers, working outdoors in car parks, welcoming arrivals and assisting with returns while delivering first-class service.

You will handle vehicle prep, handover paperwork, deliveries and collections between branches, inspect for damages, document issues, and support branch operations with the premium SIXT brand.

Qualifications

• Must have a driving licence and a minimum of 12 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and valet vehicles to a high standard for customers.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers to ensure a smooth transition.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches.
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return and document issues.
• Confirm any damage with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
• Assist in refuelling and support branch operations while representing SIXT.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for our customers
• You will complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer to ensure a smooth transition
• You will manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
• You will inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report any issues, and complete the required documentation
• You will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You will assist in refueling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations at all times while representing the premium SIXT brand with outstanding customer service
