Job summary

SIXT is hiring for a Fleet Service role in Milton Keynes. You will be the first and last contact for customers, helping with arrivals, returns and valet services, while delivering premium service outdoors in car parks.

The role emphasises customer focus, clear English communication, and a flexible, energetic approach to shifts, including weekends. A valid driver’s license with 12 months’ driving experience is required.

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
• Fluent English communication.
• Flexible, team-oriented, able to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to high standards for customers.
• Be first point of contact for customers, friendly, professional and sales/service oriented.
• Refuel vehicles and support efficient branch operations while representing SIXT.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches for timely service.
• Confirm damages with customers, ensure they sign documents and inform Branch Manager.
• Present tailored offers and make every interaction a special experience.
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries in an organized, service-focused manner.

YOUR ROLE

• You'll support in preparing, cleaning, and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers
• You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You'll assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand
• You'll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
• You'll confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You'll impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience
• You'll support in handling rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service-oriented and always with a smile

YOUR SKILLS
