JOB DESCRIPTION We're looking for you! QuickSTAT Global Life Science Logistics, a Kuehne+Nagel company, is seeking a new team member to join our international team.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist clients in all phases of consignment preparation. You will handle and monitor client activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and oversee live network activities, ensuring adherence to rate structures and pricing policies. Collaboration with other departments is essential to maximize client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Processing consignment orders from clients via email, telephone, and Quickonline portal, including routing, service classification, deadline setting, and job order printing.
  2. Managing green light approvals for consignments destined outside the EU.
  3. Providing clients with status updates, including flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, and resolutions.
  4. Monitoring client emails via shared mailboxes.
  5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Calculating and arranging temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
  7. Tracking consignments and updating clients throughout transit. Processing daily reports and manifests.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
  • Understanding of courier and freight operations, including import/export, warehouse, and transport.
  • Good knowledge of world geography.
  • Understanding of temperature-controlled packaging solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulations related to pharmaceutical import/export.
  • Awareness of different time zones and transit milestones.
  • Ability to operate under pressure.
  • Flexibility for overtime and holiday cover.
