First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a Leatherhead, Surrey location. The role involves answering calls, advising tenants on works, booking appointments and handling queries, in a property maintenance and installation context.

The team supports servicing gas central heating and hot water systems for local authorities and Housing Association landlords, offering a pension, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, and an Employee Assistance Programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in call centres or customer service roles.
• Experience working in a multi-site company.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
• Inbound call or service-centre experience desirable.
• Strong customer service background with clear communication.
• Administration or data entry experience helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent English-speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and verify customer information.
• Advise tenants/residents on works and book appointments as needed.
• Raise notes on the internal IT system for colleagues.
• Escalate calls to appropriate departments when required.
• Support the Customer Care Team Manager with duties as needed.
