Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, housing, or repairs and maintenance environments.

• Experience using CRM or repairs management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for residents reporting repairs and maintenance issues.
• Log repair requests on the internal repairs management system.
• Handle calls, emails and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide updates on appointment progress and repair status to residents.
• Book repair appointments and keep residents informed throughout the journey.
• Resolve queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with GDPR.
