Job summary

Northgate is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Birmingham to be at the heart of busy branches, delivering excellent service and coordinating vehicle movements. You’ll handle customer needs, bookings, and queries while maintaining accurate administration, with a focus on a calm, can-do attitude and a Full UK or EU driving licence.

• Serve as first point of contact for customers at the branch.
• Book and coordinate vehicle rentals and movements as needed.
• Resolve rental queries and manage customer accounts.
• Support daily branch operations and contribute to a smooth customer experience.

Salary: £28,734 pa + bonus
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week, plus Saturdays on a rota

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as aCustomer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering agreat servicewith a smile is second nature. Whereyou really excelis in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (ourproven induction trainingwill take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude(along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!)to get things done.
