Northgate is the UK’s leading light commercial vehicle rental specialist. As a Customer Service Agent in Portsmouth, you will be at the heart of a busy branch, delivering great service, handling customer queries and coordinating vehicle movements to ensure our fleet is where we need it to be.

You don’t need prior rental experience; our proven induction training will bring you up to speed. A Full UK or EU Driving Licence is required to get things done, and you’ll join a team focused on excellent

Salary: £28,734 pa + bonus
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week, plus weekendson a rota

Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as aCustomer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering agreat servicewith a smile is second nature. Whereyou really excelis in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (ourproven induction trainingwill take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude(along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!)to get things done.
