Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Banbury. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, handling bookings, and supporting the branch operations to ensure vehicles are where they need to be.

You will be the first point of contact, manage multiple tasks, and rely on a friendly, can-do attitude. No prior rental experience is required as full induction training is provided.

Salary: £28,734
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week, plus Saturdays on a rota

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as aCustomer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering agreat servicewith a smile is second nature. Whereyou really excelis in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (ourproven induction trainingwill take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude(along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!)to get things done.
