Northgate, the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialist, is hiring a Customer Service Agent on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sheffield. You will be the frontline contact, delivering great service, coordinating vehicle movements, and supporting customers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

No prior vehicle rental experience is required as our induction training will bring you up to speed; a Full UK or EU Driving Licence is essential to perform daily duties.

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week, plus weekends on rota basis

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as aCustomer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering agreat servicewith a smile is second nature. Whereyou really excelis in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (ourproven induction trainingwill take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude(along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!)to get things done.
