Customer Service Advisor (Reservation Specialist) - Part-time

Mercedes-Benz & Smart of Dartford offers a great opportunity for a part-time Customer Service Advisor to join our centralised call centre. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via telephone and online, delivering outstanding service at every interaction.

Your Role

You will work from our centralised call centre, responsible for answering inbound calls efficiently and promptly, assisting with customer queries, accurately recording customer information, handling sales inquiries, and booking vehicles for maintenance and repairs. You will collaborate closely with Service Team Managers and Sales Teams to coordinate and maximise opportunities, always ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service.

Main Duties
  1. Answer and transfer inbound calls and inquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
  2. Record customer details and requirements during interactions.
  3. Arrange aftersales bookings via telephone and allocate work to relevant workshop teams.
  4. Provide customer estimates according to company policies on schedules, timings, and pricing.
  5. Make outbound calls to customers when ordered parts arrive and schedule bookings.
  6. Maintain a good working knowledge of current sales products, service packages, and campaigns across the Mercedes-Benz range.
Your Profile
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Experience in delivering outstanding customer service, preferably as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, or similar roles.
  3. Confidence in resolving complex issues.
  4. Strong administration and IT skills.

Salary and Hours

We offer two work patterns, with occasional overtime opportunities:

  1. Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, with a basic salary of £19,047.60 plus bonus.
  2. Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm, with a basic salary of £15,873 plus bonus.

This is an office-based role in a structured, professional environment.
