Customer Service Advisor (Reservation Specialist) - Part-time

Mercedes-Benz & Smart of Dartford offers a great opportunity for a part-time Customer Service Advisor to join our centralised call centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer telephone and online enquiries, delivering outstanding service.

Your Role

Based in our call centre, your responsibilities include answering inbound calls, assisting with customer queries, recording customer information, handling sales enquiries, and booking vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will collaborate with Service and Sales Teams to maximize opportunities while ensuring excellent customer care.

Main Duties

• Answer and transfer inbound calls and enquiries with high standards of customer service
• Record customer details and requirements accurately
• Arrange aftersales bookings and allocate work to workshop teams
• Provide estimates based on company policies
• Make outbound calls to notify customers when ordered parts arrive and schedule bookings
• Maintain knowledge of current sales products, service packages, and campaigns

Your Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in delivering outstanding customer service (e.g., as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, or similar)
• Confidence in resolving complex issues
• Strong administration and IT skills

Salary and Hours

Two work patterns are available, with occasional overtime:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, Salary £19,047.60 + bonus
• Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm, Salary £15,873 + bonus

This is an office-based role in a professional environment.
