A public sector client is seeking Customer Contact Advisors for ongoing temporary positions in Edinburgh City Centre. This role involves managing customer inquiries and account updates in a busy inbound call centre, requiring strong communication and IT capabilities. The successful candidates will work Monday to Friday and earn £13.48 per hour, starting June 30, 2025.
