• Support Sales Support with order processing and enquiries.
• Liaise with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements.
• Work toward customer service SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding service and build positive relationships.
• Assist the Sales Support and Customer Service Manager with tasks and projects.
