Job summary

TrustFord in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly local team. You'll handle enquiries with excellent communication and support customers in a busy selling/customer service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Good understanding of Kerridge/Keyloop or other DMS.
• Able to communicate across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries in a busy environment.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels with customers and colleagues.
• Support customers with sales-based interactions and service recommendations.
• Participate in induction and training activities as part of the team.
