Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers, handle bookings in our in-house system, and discuss technical concerns. The role emphasizes delivering great service, meeting targets, and supporting customers through vehicle-related inquiries.

The package includes a base salary from £29,310 to £32,240, with an uncapped bonus scheme and an average yearly bonus of £2,200, contributing to an OTE up to £34,440.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and comfortable using in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points.
