Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, book services in our in-house system and address technical queries. You will be the first point of contact in-store, delivering excellent service and helping customers navigate motoring solutions.

The role requires IT literacy, a full driving licence with under 9 points, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while working toward targets. Training and progression opportunities are provided in a supportive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points as the role will include collection and delivery of vehicles.
