Job summary

A Winchester area main car dealership is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. No automotive experience is required, but a strong customer service background is essential. The role centers on advising customers on service needs, costs, and timescales, while handling invoices and records carefully.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am–1pm. A full driving licence is required, and the role offers a salary of £22–24k plus a £2–4k bonus potential,

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
• Produce job cards on in-house computer system
• Update customer and vehicle records
• Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
• Preparation and completion of invoices

No Automotive experience necessary. Strong Customer Service background essential!

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Customer Service Advisor

Salary – 22-24k plus bonus 2-4k

Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am to 1pm

Customer Service Advisor Duties include:
