Day to Day Duties

• Taking calls in the call centre from customers & logging on our own customer-based database.
• Booking technicians
• Ordering parts
• Logging claims & customer complaints process.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Reliability
• Self-motivated
• Able to work without supervision
• Team player
• Experience as a Customer Service Advisor would be an advantage

Training

• Full training provided and ongoing support throughout
