Our customer service team is on the front line, dealing with our customers every day. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers, mostly Healthcare Professionals.
We're looking for people who are comfortable prioritising, organising, and processing enquiries accurately and on time. There are targets to meet, ensuring we measure and monitor our ability to deliver for our customers. As someone who interacts regularly with customers, a level of commercial awareness would be advantageous, as you may promote products, promotions, and sometimes events during interactions.
The ultimate goal? We want to make it easier for our customers to do business with us!
We are seeking candidates with previous customer service experience—this could be from a similar role in a call centre, retail, or hospitality.
