EE Limited is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in the United Kingdom. You will support customers over the phone, resolve enquiries, and build relationships while delivering excellent service. The role includes training and a flexible approach to breaks.

Starting salary is £26,116, rising to £26,738 after eight months, with incentives and bonuses. The position involves 12-hour shifts between 8am and 9pm and every-one weekend rotation, plus a range of supportive benefits and development

Salary: £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months of being here, plus incentives and bonuses
Hourly rate: £13.35 per hour rising to £13.66 per hour at 9 months in role
Start date: January 2027
Shift Information:
12 hour shifts. Hours fall between 8am and 9pm and include working every other weekend.
