Job summary

EE Limited in Sunderland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to connect with customers by phone, offering support, guidance and solutions. You will build relationships and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role operates 12 hour shifts with weekend work, and includes benefits such as Online GP, carer’s leave, family leave, EE/BT discounts, and a travel loan to support commuting costs.

Job description

Salary: £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months of being here, plus incentives and bonuses
Hourly rate: £13.35 per hour rising to £13.66 per hour at 9 months in role
Start date: January 2027
Shift Information:
12 hour shifts. Hours fall between 8am and 9pm and include working every other weekend.
