EE Tyneside in Newcastle upon Tyne is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to connect with customers by phone, provide support, guidance and solutions.

You will build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and participate in training to understand EE products and services.

The role offers 12-hour shifts, weekend work, and a starting salary of £26,116 with progression to £26,738 after eight months.

Salary: £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months of being here, plus incentives and bonuses

Hourly rate: £13.35 per hour rising to £13.66 per hour at 9 months in role

Start date:January 2027

Shift Information:

12 hour shifts. Hours fall between 8am and 9pm and include working every other weekend.
