Job Role

In this role, you will support customers with managing and repaying their outstanding balances.

  • Be part of a dedicated team handling inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  • Assist customers in finding appropriate solutions by understanding their current situations.
  • Work towards personal and team goals.
  • Provide excellent service, ensuring customers are treated fairly, listened to, and their circumstances are considered to reach suitable solutions.
  • Accurately update systems after each customer interaction.
Experience

We welcome applicants with customer service experience from industries like Contact Centre, Retail, or Hospitality, but prior experience is not mandatory as we provide thorough training and ongoing development. A passion for great customer service and doing a great job is essential.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service experience (desirable)
  • Experience with telephony, data entry, and customer management (desirable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate multiple computer systems
  • Good numeracy skills for setting up and calculating payment plans
  • Experience following procedures or policies
  • Problem-solving skills to find the best solutions for customers and the business
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (desirable)
Role Package

Hours: Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week, on a shift pattern. You will work only 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am-2pm), with a day off the following Friday when working Saturday.

  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,500 per annum (depending on experience)
